Rude Rock Strength and Conditioning, LLC (“RRSC”) may collect data through a variety of means, including, but not limited to online submissions, email, phone, etc. that are either required by law or necessary for provision of services. 

 

Website users are NOT required to provide any information to search and otherwise use the information available on ruderockstrength.com.  

 

When making initial contact on or through ruderockstrength.com with questions and comments, you should NOT include additional personal information, especially Social Security numbers or sensitive financial information.

 

Financial and/or health information that you provide in writing, online, over the phone (including information left on voicemails), contained in or attached to applications, or directly or indirectly given to us, is held in strictest confidence.

 

We do not exchange, sell, or widely disseminate any information about clients who inquire about or receive our services. Note: All forms related to training, privacy, and authorization for third-party disclosure for the purpose of treatment must be signed by a parent or guardians. 

 

Client Rights

All clients have the right to:

    • You can ask us to contact you in a specific way (for example, home or office phone) or to send mail to a different address. We will comply with all reasonable requests.

  • Ask us to limit what we use or share

    • You can ask us not to use or share certain information related to training or payment. We are not required to agree to your request, and we may say “no” if it would negatively affect our ability to provide training services.

  • Get a list of those with whom we’ve shared information

    • You can ask for a list (audit) of the times we’ve shared your information for six years prior to the date you ask, who we shared it with, and why.

  • Get a copy of this privacy notice

    • You can ask for a paper copy of this notice at any time, even if you have agreed to receive the notice electronically. We will provide you with a paper copy promptly.

  • Contact us if you feel your rights are violated
